Our People

Co-founder of Carolina Glass & Mirror, Mike has more than 23 years of hands-on experience in the interior glass industry. He is an acknowledged expert in glass measuring, fabrication, and installation. Mike coordinates office support on behalf of the company’s installers, and handles logistics with builders and homeowners.
Mike has been in the glass business for over 35 years. He is our shop and schedule manager for Carolina Glass and is responsible for all purchasing and ordering for the company.
Tiffany has been with Carolina Glass for over 10 years and is a key part of the staff. She works with our large, custom builders to create and design custom glass products while managing the residential sales team.
Kay contributes to sales, customer service, and purchasing. Kay is also responsible for a variety of behind the scenes office functions that help our company run smoothly.
Danny is a vital member of the Carolina Glass team. He has over 33 years of experience in the glass industry during which he has handled measuring to installation, as well as running the extensive operations of a fabrication plant. At this time, he is our lead estimator and project manager. Danny has extensive knowledge of the industry and is always up for a challenge and finding a solution.
Will is a graduate of NCSU and assists in the day to day operations of the commercial division, assisting with estimating and project management.
If any of you have done work with us in the past, you know David as “Texas” or “Tex.” He is our number one man for templating and measuring all of our residential work and has been with Carolina Glass for over 10 years.
David co-founded Carolina Glass & Mirror, Inc. in Raleigh in 1993 where he served as President and thought of the employees and staff as members of his family. He was a member of the World Entrepreneurs Organization, the National Glass Association and a founding member of the Professional Glass Forum. David has also served as a board member of the Small Business Technology Development Center and the World Entrepreneurs Organization. David passed away at the age of 52 from his battle with ALS. Carolina Glass continues to be active supporters in awareness of ALS.
